Refund and returns policy
At Teexe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at info@teexe.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address: 3041 S University Blvd, Denver, Colorado 80210, United States.
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Teexe will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or it doesn’t fit (and it is not defective), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please email us at info@teexe.store.
